To Teach Students to become self-learners
- Working with department faculty to monitor, research, design, implement, and evaluate Computer Science and Information Systems curricula. Maintain articulation agreements with 4-year institutions.
- Revisit CS curricula and textbook selections.
- Contribute to CS Core Task Force, monitor CS 0, CS I and CS II curricula to ensure student seamless translation to 4-year institutions.
- Working with Visual Arts Department to develop and provide service courses, e.g., multimedia programming and software testing, for visual arts students.
- Leadership in recruiting and retention of women in computing.
